5. When is the best season?

The warm climate is guaranteed all year around. But, the best season to visit Chablé Maroma, certally is in the dry season (October to May). In the rainy season (June to September) it can be very windy.

6. Does it have a beach?

The hotel is located in Punta Maroma, one of the most beautiful beaches in Riviera Maya. The beach is practically private for the hotel guests.

7. Do the rooms have sea view?

No. Each Villa is naturally secluded and enveloped by the forest, providing a jungle view. However, the hotel is 5 minutes maximum walking from the beach.

8. Does the hotel have a swimming pool?

Yes, in front of the beach. All the villas have a private plunge pool.

9. How many restaurants?

There are 3 restaurants: Kaban (around the pool), Bu’ul (gourmet restaurant) and Raw Bar (rooftop bar).

10. Does it have a Spa?

Yes. With an area of over 1500 sq m, the SPA has 7 treatment rooms, jacuzzi, turkish bath and hydrotherapy. It offers restorative massages, body therapies, healing and energetic rituals, incorporating ancient Mayan techniques.

11. What activities are included?

The hotel offers a daily schedule with all the activities, such as: yoga, cooking class, tequila tasting and cocktail class.

12. What activities are NOT included?

Water activities with motorized equipments, diving, snorkeling, Mayan ceremonies, SPA treatments, romantic dinner around the bonfire in the beach and excursions.

13. What to do around the hotel?

The hotel is between Cancun (45 minutes) and Playa del Carmen (30 minutes). Also, it is 1:00 hour from Tulum and its famous ruins. One of the 7 wonders of the world, Chichén Itzá, is only 2:30 hours from the hotel and its surroundings are full of archaeological sites, beautiful cenotes, and charming villages called “Pueblos Mágicos”.

14. Is it pet friendly?

Yes. One pet weighing up to 11kg is accepted per villa, with a cleaning fee.

15. How is the sargassum?

Sargassum season runs from April to August, with a higher volume in June. However, the hotel cleans its beach daily and is constantly monitoring.
