The hotel is 25 minutes by car from Merida Airport and 4 hours from Cancun.

In a small pueblo called “Chocholá”, inside the Mayan Forest.

5. When is the best season?

The region has a warm tropical climate, all year around. However, the months of the dry season (November to April) is the best time to visit. The hurricane season (June to October) brings more winds and rains.

6. How many rooms?

40 rooms. 37 Casitas + 3 Villas (two bedroom villa and three bedroom villa options).

7. Does the hotel have a swimming pool?

Yes, surrounded by the sublime nature of the hotel. Moreover, all villas have their own private pool.

8. What are the room views?

All casitas are spread over the property and surrounded by the jungle, completely integrating with nature. All rooms have a forest view.

9. How many restaurants?

There are 3 restaurants: Ki'ol: around the pool. Ixi'm: the restaurant with the largest collection of tequilas of the world & also winner of the award for best architecture and design by Prix Versailles, 2018. Wellness Restaurant: inside the SPA, focused on balanced meals.

Yes, and it is located in a sacred cenote. It offers restorative massages, body therapies, healing and energetic rituals, incorporating the Mayan tradition. In 2019, the hotel won the “3rd best SPA Resort in the world” award.

11. What activities are included?

Yoga and meditation classes at stipulated times by the hotel.

12. What activities are NOT included?

Private yoga classes, pilates, guided tour around the farm, Mayan ceremonies, SPA treatments, tequila tasting, picnics, and excursions.

13. What to do around the hotel?

20 minutes from the hotel: Mérida – a historic city with 19th century mansions. 1 hour: Mayan Ruins of Uxmal. 1:20 hours: Izamal, the yellow colonial city. 1:40 hours: Chicxulub – crater over 60 million years ago. The region around the hotel has the most beautiful and least explored cenotes.

14. Is it a pet friendly?

Yes. One pet weighing up to 11kg is accepted per villa, with a cleaning fee.
